Folks, For those of you who have done an R&R on your tranny, a few questions:

1. Front wheels off the coach? (I assume yes)
2. Wheel well liners out (again assume yes?)
3. Best place to block up? Manny stated the cross member needs to be at least 24" off the ground to clear the tranny.
4. Carb Flange the best place to hoist the engine from? (seems to be)
5. Re-use the torque converter bolts or buy new? Bell housing bolts? I intend to use new on the FD attachment to the Tranny case.
6. What's teh 455 Weigh (for the come along capacity)
Any hard lessons learned?

For 3:21 Final drive:
1. Any issues with the RH shaft bracket or is it a direct bolt-on?
2. Recommended Gear oil (what the manual says or something better these days?)

Just trying to get my ducks in a row to have a smooth and efficient one-afternoon swap later this week.
