Mornin all
redoing my interior +cockpit tore out old dash seats &headliner replaced rotted plywood floor. removed all sprayed foam insulation.
Layed down hushmat over all dash sidewall & floor
fiberglassed new defrost duct over old. Will make a flat dash top want to lower steering colum need to figure out this detail
Anyone recall how this is done.Alum spacer block? I will then be able to determine dash top size & colum notch. planning on sandwiching polystyrene foam between fiberglass inside layer & carbonfiber outside layer (visible side) Will do dash top front &cockpit sides I will use plywood attachment points in place of foam as needed using epoxy resin for all. will put dakota digital gauge package in {supports signal lights high beam check eng light dimmer cruise VSS for speedo mph\kph tach oilpres watertemp volts
fuellev etc} Should be lightweight &coool watcha think GMCers any ideas suggestions tips
