I have an itch to visit a good friend in Tallahassee, by driving the GMC towing a small enclosed trailer with 2 Harleys. I am thinking about a spring time solo drive there in 3 days, (LA-El Paso, El Paso -Houston, Houston -Tallahassee) then the wife would fly in, and a more casual, sightsee, stop and ride the bikes kind of drive back.
We have enjoyed that sort of thing going to Sturgis, where I drove out, she flew in, and we rode Yellowstone, etc, on the way back.
She has expressed a desire to pass through Durango and see the Grand Canyon on the way back.
Anyone have good ideas for the drive back?
Thanks in advance.
