Official number. I've had these numbers for so many years I can't
attribute them. I actually have TZEs that range higher than the annual
build for each year but it is possible some numbers were 'retired' or
struck from assignment. Pur speculation on my part. Bill Bryant and I
have talked for years about finding that one person at GM T & C that was
responsible for assigning the TZEs.
