From a 1976 Birchaven FOR SALE

DINETTE UNIT, both seats that fold down into a double bed, Nice
fabric,reupholestered. Excellent condition.

TABLE UNIT, walnut formica, Folding flaps with supports, excellent condition, folding leg,pull out supports, cup holders inset into bottom of flaps, thought to be original.

SOFA AND BUNK UNIT. Matching fabric to dinette. hanging straps and wall brackets, reupholestered

Units are heavy, probably need to pick-up; Salinas, Ca, 93907

Reason for remodel is ,1st ,that I need a space for my tool box,I don't travel without it; and secondly I want a more comfortable mattress
