Advice on removal of Cockpit Headliner [message #59838]

Trying to remove the cockpit headliner in order to install more insulation and a center mounted light fixture. I was able to remove the Drivers sun visor but have had no luck in budging the right side. Any advice on how to remove that sun visor would be appreciated.
