Due to my recent charging issue and unnecessary(!) removal of the alternator, I replaced the belt when I reassembled things. The belt I had in my spares was about 1/2" too long, but used it temporarily just so I could test the system.

After picking up the correct (well, the same as what was fitted) belt I decided to re-visit the GMCmotorhome.info site to see if the belt I was going to refit matched any in the chart.

I'd purchased a Gates 7570, same as the belt I was replacing.

The http://www.bdub.net/GMCMotorhome.info/BELTS.html chart shows the Gates alternator belt as a 7507, which as far as I can see must be typo.

I'm pretty sure there's no such thing as a 7507.
