Gents if you have installed a set of wind wings can you answer this for me?

It says in the instructions to "Drill a #29 hole one half inch deep and tap using a 8-32 tap.". Have any of you used a 9/64th bit instead...the cross reference says #29 bit or 9/64th for 8-34nf but not for 8-32nc.....did you buy a #29 bit or did you do something else?
