I'm contemplating fridge options. I've changed burners, added vent fans, reinsulated, cleaned the flue, put in a new regulator.. It just doesn't do well when it's over 85 degrees outside (got to 54 yesterday)

It's hard to read off the dimensions in the drawings that have been shared, what is the intrusion into the coach from the wheel liners shown in this attached photo?

Specifically, how far into the coach does the wheel well reach, how high off the ground is it? I'm looking at possible under counter/top open fridge (danfoss compressor) and I'm wondering if I can put it in sideways.
