Just as a note. And I don't think it has anything to do with Ken's issue. The Onan in his 73 is a 6000 watt. And to me. It's newer then any 78 GMC Onan. It has a shield that has a note on it. That states. Must be remover for Summer use. It's about carb heating. Bob Dunahugh
