So you've built your dream of a lifetime shop/garage for your GMC. The project started off simple. You had made a budget. Then you started to think of items to add. Must have lots of lighting. Touch plate controlled of course. Central heat, and A/C. How about an air filtration system to keep the GMC interior clean for Linda of coarse. Water, sink, water heater would be nice for Linda. Again of courses. You know. Keeps the dirty hands out of a house sink. With water around. A strip floor drain is a must. Wouldn't want to track water in on Linda's clean floors. Right. Since the ceiling is 13 ft tall. A car hoist is a must. As the hoist will reduce the work time. That way I can spend more time with Linda. Well. The side facing the house is sure going to be boring for Linda to look at. How about a big decorative window above the door. Be great if Linda could see that pretty window after sun down. I must now hang a chandelier inside from the ceiling. Now I foresee another problem. Where the walls meet the ceiling is now boring. I must now put in crown molding at the ceiling for Linda to see. ( Just think about all the things that we do for our souses.) So now we're down to paying the $200 for the paint inside. So I went to a place that does interior painting. They have to have left over paint from jobs. I asked if they had some paint left over from jobs that they needed to get rid of. YES. How much do you need. I picked out colors that I thought would make a nice badge. Picked up a 5 gal container with a lid. Then dumped them all together. Love the color. Still didn't get the shop back on budget though.
