For those of you who converted your GMC to diesel or who drive diesel powered vehicles, a new ruling will go into effect in 2020 that will materially effect diesel prices. At that point all ocean going vessels operating within 200 miles of shore will be required to burn diesel fuel instead of high sulphur bunker oil. That will reduce the refinery supply of diesel available to the vehicle market and raise prices globally. Another gotcha moment......
