Hey GMC netters. what a great rainy , snowy, freezing cold January it has been here in eastern Canada. today while running the Onan to power my fridge, freezer, internet and TV in the old stick and brick the Bearing on the end on the Generator had a noisy catastrophic failure. (the outer race and most of the cage fell on the ground.) it was so bad that it stalled the Onan engine as if the pistons had seized.
anyway would someone have a part number or the number that maybe stamped on the bearing itself. the temps are about to plummet back into the negative again tonight and I really don't want to pull it apart to find numbers then have to go back out to replace the part. would rather do it all at once.
also can this be replaced while the beast is in place.

Once you replace everything that is attached to something else. It will all be fixed.
