I didn't have much interest in a macerator. But won one at a GMCMI rally. It was put in a drawing by Jim K at Applied. Thanks Jim. When I built this 78 Royale. I made it so I can dump the gray, or black separately. I drain the black tank. Then flush out with the gray tank water. Plus I can dump by way of the macerator, or the 3 inch dump line if I have too. Or just want too. I had heard about the hair issue. So I have a small piece of plastic window screen in the floor drain that I can clean simply. When we get home. ( Have a dump station next to my drive at home.) I had installed a tank flush nozzle in the black tank. Puts out about 9 gallons a minute in a fan shaped pattern. Fill the black tank 2 to 3 times. Use the 3" tank drain line that has a clear section for that flush. In hopes of getting a fast moving flow. Bob Dunahugh 78 Royale
