I keep finding the Roof A/C air filters either not there, or not cleaned. It seems to be a filter that isn't well known about. Also on most roof units. There are oil ports on each end of the blower motor. Simple to find, and lube with a small amount of oil. Plus it's a good time to clean all the leafs out, and bee hives. As a note. The oil ports seem to have stopped being installed after January 1 of 1978. Bob Dunahugh
