[GMCnet] loose threaded inserts for overhead cabinets [message #315349]

Does anyone have a solution for loose threaded inserts for the overhead
cabinets?

They tend to spin when I'm trying to loosen or tighten the cabinet
securing bolts at the wall.
I finally got the cabinets down, then back up, but I don't really want to
drop them again.
