I have a leak on both inner CV joints. The leak is not where I expected. It is not where the seal housing fits on the joint itself but in the area where the rubber seal is crimped to the seal housing. It is leaking where the factory Not where the tin meets the casting. That joint, which I installed is dry. The rubber to metal joint made by the manufaturer is what is leaking. It has thrown out a lot of grease.

What is going on? Is this a manufacturing defect on both joints? Did I overfill the joint with grease? I'm looking to get it corrected or put my mind to rest before Shawnee.
