Hello All,
I'm preparing to install my new headliner, while adjusting the A/C unit to allow the headliner panel to be pre-fitted I noticed the "probe", I think it's a temp probe? (I have attached a couple of photo links for your review).

My questions is, does this wire / probe need to be fixed to a specific location, or is having it hang inside the unit loose acceptable?

If it needs to be positioned or attached to a specific point please let me know?

Thank-you for your help on my project,

Stay Well,
Mike
