Our coolant recovery tank has sprung a leak which I've been unable to fix.
I see that Applied has replacements, but they're different than our oem tank.
Our old tank has a single tube on the bottom where the rubber hose to the radiator attaches.
The tank applied sells has a complicated top with what appears to be two tubes:

How is this supposed to be attached? Does it have a bottom tube too, or just the two top tubes in the cap?
The Parts Book lists two different coolant tank designs, but there are no drawings of either.
Is there a replacement for the single-tube oem tank (which I assume is the "first design" version)?

confused,
Karen
