Am just starting to renovate 76 23-ft Birchaven w/455 and rear bath. Have it up on jack stands to do work.
Just plugged in and immediately trips circuit breaker when surge protector completes countdown (did not do this in past - Nov last year). Does charge and run off engine and batteries. Will be tracing circuits to start on this issue.
Replacing buzz box (maybe Iota DLS-90/IQ4 12V 90A 4 stage or DLS-55), flushing brakes w/ new master cylinder - SS hoses - wheel cylinders - rear drum shoes - reaction arm, Albert’s Emergency brake, quad bags, foam engine compartment fire extinguisher (saw two RV fires on last road trip), 3-point seat belts, Viair compressor, bogie pin greasers, APC cable, cleaning and greasing bearings, installing new grommets in front end since present are sort of crumbly. Planning on dropping fuel tanks and checking hoses, etc. and replace those with new hoses and copper tubing and filters. Will tear out shag and install cork flooring.
Have replaced steel rims with aluminum and Mich LT tires, led interior lights, temp/pressure wireless on tires, new house and rig battery. So lots to do.
