troubleshooting horn-directional signal switch connector? [message #303263]

I am attempting to troubleshoot my inop horn(s). Looking at page 12-30 of X-7525. Several steps mention this "directional signal switch connector". But I cannot find any photos or descriptions of exactly where that thing is at.

Is it in/near column or somewhere inside the front access doors?
