My daughter in Oregon is considering buying a car located in Nebraska. The owner is a Naval officer stationed in Greece.
The seller has proposed that she deposit funds with Ebay- the car will be shipped to Portland and she will have 5 days to inspect and either accept or reject the car. If rejected, the car is returned to Nebraska and Ebay returns the funds to her.
I know there are many Ebay users on this forum. Any comments, advise, or suggestions?
