What sealant is used on the roof seams? Can it be purchased at Home Depot, Lowes, etc? I have a leak in the rear both when it rains and when the AC is running with condensation. The existing sealant is brittle, cracked and I think the water is getting in there.

I know this info is in the forum but I can’t seem to locate it. Thanks for the info.
