Just wanted to say Thank You again to Matt Colie, Dick Patterson and Dave Lenzi.

The condensed version is Dave was nice enough to deliver my worn out Carb and Distributor to Dothan for a swap with Dick Patterson, and to bring the rebuilds back home. This allowed Dick to check the carb for warping prior to shipping it North and possible disappointment if it did not pass muster. I was surprised to find the check I gave Dave still in the envelope with my newly rebuilt parts when I spent an hour or so at Dave's last week. Called Dick when I got home, "no problem send it in the mail". Done.

Chatted with Matt at the second to last lunch gathering and he agreed to teach me a bit about timing and help get the carb dialed in. Matt was nice enough to do a 180 mile round trip this afternoon. After a few hours all appears right with the world. I learned a few more things about engines, carbs, and the coach I am the caretaker of, got to know a GMCer better, and smiled a bit at parts which work (the first time). All Matt would take is a few thank yous, a bottle of water, and a hand washing at the sink. THANK YOU AGAIN.

Im excited again to get back on the road, and see how the new Sensitized booster and Master Cylinder from Dave play with the 80mm brakes up front, and to drive a more reliable coach.

Step by Step.
