I was able to spend some quality time with the coach today. My 1978 Royale has the Electro-Level II system, which has two air compressors, one for each side. The drivers side compressor was not working so I had to air up manually. I checked and cleaned all of the connections and grounds, then reassembled with dielectric grease. Both compressors now working properly. Since I cleaned all of the connections at once I don't know for sure which connection was the actual culprit but there was a fair amount of corrosion at the ground and the power wire. I also took the covers off the relay's and cleaned the contacts up. Happy to have dual compressors operating again.

Always check for a full 12 volts of power, good grounds, and relays that are operating properly.

Tomorrow I hope to check the two way valves that release air from the system and check the auto level controllers. When I set the center switch to "Auto" the left side properly adjusts but the right side releases all of the air from the bag and the coach goes to the ground. Manual control works fine. I suspect the ride height controller. I'm going to read up and study the diagrams tonight. The two way valves near the compressors are the "Skinner Valves". I'm not sure if they are still available? I am hoping to source a spare compressor and ride height sensors from the mans mall. I am fortunate to have a "Harry's U Pull It" about 15 minutes away.
