As an owner who has had an extensive commercial modernization done, I fully
agree with your assessment. The advertised price is very credible for more
work than I had done in 2007 (and at higher cost).

better) as you're likely to find. The owner spent 3 years of diligent,
skilled, work doing a frame-off restoration. Now family health problems
