Hi Mac,
EFI complete is $995, the Fuel Command Center complete is $395 plus $55 for shipping both. I don’t know what someone might charge to install it for you but it is certainly less than a day (4-6 hours plus running around time) to install on any of the HEI engines. Don’t know about the points engines. You will need to buy the adapter plate of your choice ($30 to $80), the throttle adapter pieces if you don’t have something suitable laying around (~$20 for the pieces at my local NAPA) and whatever you need for hoses or fittings for your particular installation.
