Another day on disassembly, got the rear little ramp lift and about ½ of the severely glued tiles off the floor. Took a heat gun and a lot of pounding with thin pry bar type nail remover tool. Removed the sink, stove, and refrigerator. Most of the wood behind these areas is in very good shape and still sturdy.
I have contacted a couple of local cabinet makers to give me estimates on refinishing everything with new real wood and building the permanent large bed and storage in the rear.
Have a basic plan on replacing the refrigerator with a Norcold N3150 5.3cft, for it is only 23in deep. Dimensions: 49-3/16in H, 20-3/4in W, 22-25/32in D
Leaves a couple of extra inches both in the back an on top for a proper vent for an on demand hot water heater.
Kitchen side:
Sharp R1874T 1.1cft stovetop Microwave-convection with 2 speed fan and a couple of lights. (will replace lights with LED's) Sharp is large (30in W, 16.5 H, 15.5 D), and if I keep it below the wiring channel, will only have 17in to the stovetop. Not really enough clearance. Never found anything that ran on 12 volts except the Contoure, and never found anything stating 12V. No instructions on their website. Will continue to look for something slightly smaller in convection and microwave combined.

Atwood Pizo start 2 burner SS range with SS cover.

Still not sure on what to do with the area where the existing water heater is, and what the best BTU output is for the furnace replacement. New ones HAVE to be more efficient and quieter than the existing Sol-Air 24,000 or 30,000 BTU unit. I will insulate the daylights out of everything and then spray with closed cell foam, along with butyl rope or whatever you recommend for all the seams along the floor and everywhere. Just trying to free up space and use efficient newer hopefully quieter devices.
I figure after this long turkey day weekend, can drive it down to my alum metal guy to fabricate the aluminum frames for the 2 Penguin II AC's. Going to move the front one forward to the dinette area, and the back one to the rear of the hallway. Use the existing AC bracket in the entrance area for Maxair vent 1. Not sure if I will move the rear vent opening forward a few inches, or just cut the real railing to allow the Maxxair ventilation fan 2 with lid to clear. Probably move the hole forward. Or punt and use a different vent. Bought 3 of the VAC-U-JET roof vents. Not that hopeful about them, but will give it a try.
