Hi and welcome.

After removing my fender liners I am able to reach every bolt and nut
through either the engine hatch or front fender wells. It is good to have a
helper on the inside to hold the bolts from turning. Good luck with the
leaks and the floor. I have replaced the rear I/2 of the coach floor.
Luckily for me the cockpit floor was still sound. I coated each new sheet
of flooring with Marine Varnish and sealed edges with epoxy sealer
