Ah Ha. The PO had a spare Steel) with 2 extra holes drilled and 2 Hex screws to hold the wheel on. There are 2 short studs that appear to have been cut to about 1/2” long. Measuring these shortened studs they are are about 5.5 inches on centre, the Alcoa holes are 6.5 inches.
So it as I thought, I will be fabricating a new plate with studs placed correctly.
It was a long shot, just thought I would ask.
