I saw a post saying GMC motorhomes are worth at least $6k no matter what. Wondering if you agree with this?

I would be interested in what the price range would be for a 23' one that is running and drivable, but needs air suspension repair (rear end sags when engine turned off), 2 windows replaced, interior carpet, counter tops replaced with odometer showing 50k. Where is the best place to buy/sell? Thanks.
