Dropped the black tank today. Toilet threaded flange in the tank is split in two places, cracking the tank in the process. I have repaired* the upper nylon posts in thetford outlet valve flange. That repair has held up pretty good. Has anyone repaired a cracked toilet flange?
*I drilled 1/16" holes in the split screw standoffs, wrapped soft iron wire around the boss. All plastic and wires were soaked in JB weld. The upper sheet metal screws were customized with nuts brazed at
the end next to the screw slots and the whole assembly was reinstalled while the JB was curing. 7 years later it came apart just right.
