New slab by my shop.

It's about 900 sq ft total. My current parking space is beside the house on a slab that slopes side to side and has a drain diverter under the front. Not optimal. This slab slopes down rear to front about 3" where the coach will sit but is level side to side. It's about 40' front to rear so there is room for my cousins diesel pusher when he visits.

In my current parking area, I have to either walk back and forth to the shop about 9 million times a day or bring my tools and stuff and leave in the bosses garage. Not optimal. Now I can just step into the shop. I still need to hook up a 30A outlet or two. I can actually put two coaches on the slab if needed.

Phase two will be another 14x40' slab that will be enclosed with a high ceiling. I need to sell a couple Imperial convertibles that currently reside in a lean to that will be torn down to make room for the new room. I'll wait for cooler weather though. This 95 degrees and 95% sucks!
