When we had a similar disruptive fuel starving problem, it was the "Liquid Fuel Separator," located in the left rear fender well (page 12.001, part #16 in the GMCMH Parts Book). Our symptoms were nearly identical. There is a plastic ball inside the Liquid Fuel Separator (LFP) that gets stuck in the closed position and creates a vacuum in the fuel system, starving the system of fuel. In our case, the coach ran fine for a few miles, choked, then stalled. After 20-minutes or so, it started up and again ran fine for a few miles, then the fuel starving reoccurred. When someone suggested what the problem might be I removed the LFP cleaned it with WD-40 and reinstalled it. It has not happened again. Hope this helps.
