Oregon also has the attendant pumps law on the books. Crazy thing is the voters repeatedly vote to keep that requirement. Go figure.

In this case, it is not an organized labor issue. It is a state law. They believe that citizens are too stupid an careless to manage any fuel
dispensing device.
