Hi,
I am looking for a place/land/driveway to park and live in my 23 ft GMC in the Santa Cruz area....Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz, Capitola, Watsonville, Felton,...etc.
I am a clean, responsible male, don't smoke or do any drugs, pay on time, help with chores, can fix things, no pets, no drama, have references.
Looking for a place right away/ASAP.
I can pay rent or exchange some or all of the rent for help around the place.
Please let me know what you have, where/which area and what you need in rent or labor (Hrs per month)...etc. Photos would be great too.
Wifi would be nice. And I am working on getting solar panels so meanwhile electricity would be great too.
