Anyone have any recommendations or experience regarding treatment, protection, or maintenance of a rubber membrane roof to prolong it's life and help reduce mold/mildew from forming?

I recently spent a day scrubbing and cleaning the dirty/moldy rooftop of a travel trailer I purchased and don't particularly enjoy the thought of having to repeat the process any time soon.

I'm quite skeptical of the protective treatments offered by the RV specialist shops, primarily because online reviews are all over the place regarding their efficacy.

Curious to know what people here with SOB experience have to say.
