Because of my Husbands Health, I have to sell our GMC Motorhome and Chevy Tracker. The Motorhome is a l976 Birchaven 23' with rear bath and has approximately 48,000 original miles. It has had quite a few mechanical upgrades including a New Griffin Aluminum Radiator, Steel Lined Gas Line, Schreder Valves, Fuel Sender which can be accessed from inside the Coach, New Tires, spare air bags etc., and Runs Great. The Tracker which I towed behind - our last long trip being a couple of years ago to Louisiana, and it tows easily. Of course there has been a few shorter trips as well and I towed it everywhere.
I do not have a specific amount in mind, but I do know that I will never get out of it what I have spent - but we will never be able to use it again, and I don't want it to sit and deteriorate. If you know anyone looking for a 23', please have them contact me.
