For no particular reason except that I just stumbled across this old album
and think someone might profit from it:

A friend recently replaced oil cooler lines here and couldn't stop one
fitting from leaking. Such a copper gasket from my parts bin corrected the
problem easily.

After I first posted that, someone pointed out that they're available
off-the-shelf, usually from air conditioning outfits. I no longer have
that reference. If anyone does, it might prove useful to someone.
