Our son Steve lives in Bellingham. He had a chance to put eyes on that coach yesterday. "Wow, what a well done coach" he said when he called to tell me what he found. He said it was redone by a boat restoration company to a very high standard. He estimated paint alone to be about $20,000. All the wiring and plumbing were redone to boat standards, the rear ladder and top rails were replaced with welded stainless steel, the interior cabinetry and upholstery were first rate, all the appliances replaced, etc. He did not do a full mechanical inspection but did find everything clean, neat, orderly and seemingly functioning properly. The engine and generator both stared easily and ran smoothly. The underside was clean and rust free. All in all sounds like the asking price ($55,000 as I recall) is in the right range for those wanting a really nice GMC to get in and enjoy right from the get go.
