Welcome Bob!
We aren’t too far away from you. We’re in Rappahannock County. We bought our 73 three years ago and have been loving every moment of GMC ownership. If you want to meet up with some other GMC owners, we have a pretty active (and small) group of GMC owners in the VA area that get together every month. We just got back today from a rally up in Hagerstown.
We’re also bringing our GMCs to a All GM car show up in Montgomery College in Rockville on August 9th. You are more than welcome to join us as we show off our coaches to admirers. (This is the 40th year of this All GM car show and this is the first year the organizer can remember that they will have a GMC RV at the show.)
We have another rally scheduled in August down at Lake Anna as well.

Folks,
I have been offered a lot of help here on the board and while on my first trip with the GMC. I am not nearly as knowledgable as most of you on the
board, so I don't have much of a way to thank you. With that in mind, I will offer what I can.
I am a docent with the Smithsonian Institution's Air and Space Museum's Udvar-Hazy Center at Dulles airport. If anyone finds themselves in the area,
please let me know and I would love to take you around the museum.
For those that aren't aware, the Udvar-Hazy center is the final resting place for the Space Shuttle Discovery, an SR-71, Concorde, the Enola Gay among
others.
If you are in the area, drop me a line!
