We're in the process of checking out our 77 Kingsley water system. We are replacing the seals/gaskets in the kitchen faucet, no problem. But we can't find any paperwork on the bath faucet/diverter. We need the brand name(is it Delta like the kitchen faucet?) and the model number and especially the seals/gasket repair kit we might find at HD or Lowes. We have a wet bath and the faucet has the diverter and looks just like some of the pictures we found in the photos on this forum. We have O-rings for the diverter (currently it's stuck but we're working on getting it out) but we need the hot and cold knob seals/gaskets. We haven't taken anything apart yet and will if we have to to take them in to compare with available kits.
In reading the forum the city water inlet is supposed to have a check valve in it. We'll see shortly if it works. Secondly it's supposed to have a pressure regulator. Does anyone know what pressure it's set at or allows into the system?
Any help is greatly appeciated on this. Thanks!
