I tried the offset steel wheel from an '87 3500 dually that I bought yesterday. It does not come close to clearing the oversize front caliper. I didn't want to buy another Alcoa wheel but it will make the spare on the back look very nice. The steel wheel may work for someone who has standard size front calipers. If someone can use the steel wheel, let me know, $10. For me at least it was an exercise in futility but not my first.

Thanks for everyone's help,
