Nascar uses tape over the grill. Volt closes off the rad. when on electric mode. The new Colorado and Canyon has them. When the Airforce was trying wing coulpling(before in flight refueling), they tried them on the fighters to reduce drag. (before disaster struck, one fighter flipped on to its back when the autopilot was switched on,killing all). Wondering if closing off 3/4 of the rad opening when the air is cool if it could reduce drag??? Wonder how much in % it could help. Wondering if I could find an old storm door to salvage the linkage??? Wondering where I'd find the time. Can't hardly use the GMC now much less work on it! just dreaming of being retired,,,,,,PL
