I just have to align the wheels and the one ton conversion is complete! What an awesome system that is truly a bolt on replacement of the original equipment. I can't wait to take it for a spin!
While finishing the install, I went to Midwest Wheel in Des Moines, IA to borrow a 16" steel wheel to test fit on the coach. I'm happy to report that it fits both the front and back of the coach with no issues. If has the following spec's:
Size 16X6
Bolt circle 8X6.500
Bolt hole dia. .670
Hub Bore 4.567
Backspace 8.150
Offset 5.150
The wheel spacer that comes with the one ton conversion allows the caliper to clear the rim. This is a nice option if you don't have the greenbacks for an aluminum wheel.
Here's a link to some pix of the wheel.
