Was going to mount the new airfilter/waterseperator today

working underneath I found 3 fuel leaks- old hoses real bad

I managed to do temp. repair to 2 of them the last one beeing on top of the tank.

Of course I will be ordering new fuellines to do a proper repair

But as I am still trying to cure Olga I am wondering : If petrol leaks out, wouldnt the electric pump suck air into the lines? and what would that do to the system ?

I know it is not a diesel that would die on the spot, but
