Stumbled across an in expensive source for butyl block while at Home Depot a week or two ago. It's called duct seal and it's in the electrical department. I had a gap in the rear body of The Pig between the curved aluminum frame at the rear floor and what would be the door jamb if the rear exterior panel were to open. $2.50 for a pound of it. It packed into the gap nicely sticks and is air/water tight. Good stuff for voids which are hard to prep properly for a caulk type application due to poor access and non hardening.
