The new cabinets I'm making are going to have painted doors and such. The question is if anyone has had any luck painting the formica/vinyl in the hall etc? Mine is kind of scratched up anyway and we're going to do the new cabinets in a light color.

I did a test with good latex on scuffed up Formica and it appears to hold well and not scratch off.

What say yall????
