You can also make an extended run fuel tank set up.
Using an outboard fuel tank, USCG fuel hose and some fitting.
I found the information on line or I'll send you the photos of ours when you are ready.
Cheap to build.
Walmart tank, boat shop USCG hose, fittings from auto parts store.
Drill out the Honda fill cap screw in "L" fitting attach hose to fitting then hose to Outboard tank.
Drill the hole a little smaller the the "L Fitting" the cap is made from a soft plastic
As the Honda uses up the fuel in the on board tank it creates a vacuum sucking up the fuel from the Outboard tank.
We use our 2,000 Honda for dry camping.
It's enough to keep the batteries up and run the electric stove or microwave one at a time.
Forget running the AC with the 2,000
I tried it
To hard on the Honda 2,000
Good friend runs two 2,000 Hondas hooked to gather for his dry camping trips with his trailer.
