Still tracing out the wiring issue that is causing the furnace not to work. The manual shows two "T.H.-Blue" wires coming into the connecting harness: one combined with the red wire in position 1 (+12v) and the other by itself in position 3 of the connector.

Are these the two wires that go to the thermostat? If so, it looks like it just provides the +12v supply to the 3rd spot on the harness, so positions 1 & 3 will get +12v, the center yellow wire provides the ground. Assuming this, if I get no conductivity between positions 1 & 3 when the thermostat contacts are closed, there is a break in the thermostat wire(s) somewhere.
To test, I should be able to just jumper 1 & 3 and the furnace should run.
